The Poston Motor Company first opened in 2004 when Matt Poston received his business management degree from Georgia State University and ASI master mechanic certification. He named the business in tribute to his grandfather’s 1940s Chevrolet dealership and to recall a legacy of customer service and care. Matt has loved automobiles since working on his own Ford Mustang during high school in 1967.
By the late 1980s, Matt was a working mechanic and eventually combined his business degree and mechanic ability to open Poston Motor Company. The business has grown over the years through customer testimonials and satisfaction. From its initial years with only a single lift and mechanic, Poston Motor Company now boasts seven employees and nine full repair bays.
